Shane Heilman and his 12 person staff follow the PuroClean mantra each day to assist individuals and businesses recover from various water, fire, and mold emergencies. Known as the “Paramedics of Property Damage”, Shane and his PuroClean staff use cutting edge scientific equipment, techniques, and processes to mitigate damage, save property, and restore interrupted lives back to normal as quickly as possible.
Shane has led PuroClean, located in Hebron Kentucky, for 6 years. He is focused on finding and hiring the right people, and demanding excellence from his staff. While not being satisfied with just hiring what he believes to be great employees, Shane spend a great amount of time in developing their skills through customer service workshops and weekly teamwork seminars .He is guided by the 4 C’s of Compassion, Communication, Consistency, and Consideration. This leads to outstanding customer service and teamwork from his staff, which are cornerstones of his success with PuroClean.
PuroClean was honored as an Emerging 30 First Year Designee in 2012. Active in the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Shane enjoys the networking opportunities afforded there.
An avid reader during his limited downtime, Shane’s favorite book is “Great by Choice” by author Jim Collins. That could also be Shane’s title for making PuroClean a successful business in the Tri-State!
